10 Tarpon Isle: $218 Million

Let’s start at the top. A spectacular 21,406-square-foot home is available from Glaser and partners in Palm Beach at 10 Tarpon Isle. It’s currently on the market for $218 million, with Christian Angle as the listing agent. It sits on its own man-made island and is in fact the only private island on all of Palm Beach. Additionally, the island comes with an absolutely spectacular estate that is currently undergoing an amazing renovation.

So, what do you get for your $218 million? The property includes a mansion with 11 bedrooms and 15 baths, a five-car garage, and a 98-foot south-facing pool with a spa and cold plunge. Also on the grounds is a rare lighted clay tennis court with a viewing pavilion.

Inside is another spa with a massage room, hair salon, steam room, and sauna. There’s a library with hardwood floors, premium built-ins, and a bar with a wine fridge, beverage center, and cigar humidor display. Then we find an entertainment room with a fireplace, wine refrigerator, billiards table, and a movie lounge.

But you don’t want to just sit around smoking cigars, drinking wine, and watching movies. You’ll need exercise. Lucky for you the property includes an impressive home gym that features a weight room, cardio room, wet bar, and fireplace. As if that wasn’t enough, your new home boasts a wine room, elevator, putting greens, and a large playroom with a beverage station.

This waterfront manse has expansive water views from all primary rooms. 1080 South County Road: $32 Million

Located at 1080 South County Road, and listed by Paulette Koch of the Corcoran Group, this newly-constructed 8,722-square-foot Mediterranean villa with an ocean view is filled with the most tasteful modern finishes. It boasts a three-level floor plan that begins with a gracious two-story entry and grand sweeping staircase. High ceilings and stunning design details are everywhere. You’ll love the outdoor spaces and terraces, large Palladium doors, and amenities that include spacious primary suite with dual luxury baths, two laundry rooms, game room, two bar rooms, wine room, gym, theater, generator, and more.

In all these properties, the old real estate adage seems to be true: The three most important factors in a home’s price are location, location, location. A Palm Beach address multiplies the value of a property. These homes sit on one of the most desirable ZIP Codes in the nation. Expect to pay the premium if you want to buy, but you can also probably expect a premium profit when ready to sell.
